Q: Does the carbon get released again when I use CleanO2 products
A: No! The carbon we capture is converted into a common and non-toxic chemical called potassium carbonate (or pearl ash). In this form, the carbon won't be released into the atmosphere.
Q: How much carbon dioxide does a CarbinX™ unit sequester per year?
A: One CarbinX™ unit reduces atmospheric carbon dioxide by about 6-8 tonnes per year. That’s roughly the same amount as 300 trees capture annually.
Q: Why add potassium carbonate to soap?

Q: Does the CarbinX consume more energy than it reclaims?
A: CarbinX is UL STD 462 certified as a heat reclaimer. It recaptures heat from hot flue gas as well as from the carbon-capture reaction and uses it to heat water for the building. In this way, a CarbinX unit reclaims more energy than is required for its operation.
